Role & Responsibilities

Arkham is seeking a legal analyst with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Streamlining legal operations, including:
  • developing a matter management system
  • contract management and filing
  • e-discovery management, as needed
• Assist with matters under attorney supervision including:
  • contract revisions
  • litigation discovery (if any)
  • corporate governance
  • regulatory compliance;
• Assist with and track any required corporate filings, trademark renewals, etc.

Who You Are

• Have a Bachelor’s or higher degree from a four-year institution
• Have 3+ years experience as a legal analyst or paralegal working in-house at a reputable company or for a reputable law firm
• Have strong project management skills, particularly with respect to legal operations
• Have a passion for crypto and knowledge of the relevant risks facing the crypto industry
• Be detail-oriented and precise with assigned projects and organization
• Be a self-starter and critical thinker who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to partner with multiple attorneys and business units
• A willingness to learn new things, adapt to a fast-moving business environment and familiarize yourself with new technologies
• Be driven to help grow a groundbreaking enterprise by working hard and adhering to the highest ethical standards

Compensation

We are committed to hiring elite talent, and that is reflected in our salary and equity compensation with unlimited PTO. Base 70,000 - 80,000 USD.
